ARCOIRIS CAM Privacy Policy

1. Information we do not collect

The app has no server of ours and no account to create. We never receive your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, or any other information that could identify you.

2. Your recordings

Videos you record with the app, and the edits you make to them (clips, colors, text, match details, scoreboard scores), are stored only on your iPhone.

When you tap Export, the finished video is saved to your iPhone's photo library. We can neither see nor receive it.

3. Device features we use

The app uses the following, and only after you allow them in iOS's own permission prompts.

• Camera — to record video
• Microphone — to record the audio of your video
• Photo library — to save the videos you export, and to import videos and photos you pick

4. Information stored on your device

Your settings — clip lengths, quality, hardware button assignments, sport and team names, display language and so on — are saved on your iPhone so the app opens the way you left it.

Live-stream URLs and stream keys, and the sign-in information issued by Google when you connect to YouTube, are stored in your iPhone's Keychain (the device's secure storage). We never receive them.

5. Network connections

The app connects to the internet only in these cases.

• Live streaming: when you start a stream, the camera's video and audio (with the scoreboard overlaid) are sent to the destinations you set up (such as YouTube or BAND). What happens to the stream there is governed by each destination's own policies.
• Connecting to YouTube (Sign in with Google): the app uses YouTube API Services. When you sign in with Google and grant permission, the app reads your YouTube channel name to show it on screen and, when you start streaming, creates a live broadcast (title, privacy setting and start time) and a stream on your channel. YouTube data is used for no other purpose and is never sent to our servers.
• Typeface downloads: when you pick a Japanese typeface that is not bundled with the app, the font file is downloaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), operated by Google. Only the name of the typeface is sent.
• Help: tapping "How to use" in Settings opens the guide on our website in Safari.

6. YouTube and Google

By using the features that connect to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

You can revoke the app's access to YouTube at any time with Sign Out on the app's destination screen, or from the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

7. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.

Live streams are sent using HaishinKit, an open-source component. It only sends video and audio to the destinations you set up and sends information to no one else.

8. Sharing with third parties

Apart from what you send by your own action to your streaming destinations, YouTube and Google Fonts as described in section 5, the app shares no information with third parties. Because we never receive your information, we cannot and do not sell or rent it.

9. Children

Recording and editing work without any information leaving the device. For live streaming, follow each destination's requirements (you must be at least 16 years old to live stream on YouTube).

10. Deleting your data

You can delete recordings and edits from the app's list of recordings. Stream URLs and keys are deleted when you clear their fields on the destination screen. Your YouTube sign-in is deleted with Sign Out, which also revokes the permission on Google's side.

Since we hold none of your information, there is no deletion request to make to us. To delete streams you have sent, use each destination's own tools.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
