We accept inquiries about ARCOIRIS through our contact form. The form is in Japanese, but you are welcome to write in English. Its first field, “ご用件” (Subject), is already set to ARCOIRIS when it opens.
What to Include
If you are reporting a problem, including the following will help us resolve it faster.
- The email address used for your purchase
- The name of the product you purchased
- Your OS and DaVinci Resolve version
- What you see on screen (for example, a link to a shared screenshot)
