Returns and

However, please contact us in the following cases. We will respond by providing a corrected version, guiding you to download again, or issuing a refund.
  • The file is corrupted and cannot be downloaded or unzipped
  • The product cannot be loaded into DaVinci Resolve, or does not work as described on the product page
  • What was delivered is different from the product you purchased

Liability for
non-conformity		 If the delivered product does not conform to the contract, we will respond as described above by providing a corrected version, re-sending it, or issuing a refund.
System requirements
  • The DCTL editions (ARCOIRIS FILMS / DENSITY / HUE) and the PowerGrade require DaVinci Resolve Studio 20 or later. DCTL is a feature of DaVinci Resolve Studio, so they do not run in the free version of DaVinci Resolve.
  • The LUT edition (.cube files) can be used in any software that can load LUTs, including the free version of DaVinci Resolve (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Supported OS: tested on macOS (Apple Silicon / Metal). We have received reports of it working on Windows, but we have not verified Windows systematically. We therefore cannot guarantee operation on Windows (if it does not work, we will issue a refund).
  • Recommended GPU: Apple Silicon (Metal). AMD GPUs (OpenCL) are untested and are not supported.
  • Test environment: macOS 26.3 / DaVinci Resolve Studio 21.0.0b.20 / Apple M5 Max
Recurring charges This is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals of any kind.
